Return Policy

If you are not 100% satisfied with the items you received, we can easily arrange an exchange or a refund for you within 30 calendar days of receipt. Please keep the item(s) you want to return or exchange in its new condition, return for more than 2 pcs(include) of the same item or style with multiple sizes or colors in one order is subject to 50% restocking fee. Most returns can be processed within 2-7 business days after we receive your package. 

Indicating the order number, item(s) you want to return, and the reason. Our customer service will provide some instructions about returns and exchanges of the item(s) within 24(workdays)/48(weekends) hours.

Fill in the Return and Exchange Card
The return and exchange card will be found in your package. It will make your request handled efficiently. So please fill in it with clear writing and send the card back with the package.

Custom-made products are non-returnable / non-exchangeable. Unless we send the wrong item; the size error exceeded 1 inch when compared with the size chart or your custom requirements, or the product is seriously damaged.
We apologize for any inconvenience to you caused by this.   

Full and Partial Refunds
1. Full Refunds
We offer a full refund on any items that are found to be faulty or damaged due to our fault. Damage caused because of the fault of the third party or the customer’s own fault cannot apply for a refund.
All returned items must be in brand-new condition, unused, and with original tags and packaging.
2. Partial Refunds:
We also offer a partial refund on returned items that have some original parts missing. In such a case, the customer can only get a partial refund.
If the item(s) is considered damaged, defiled, deformed, spilled perfume after receipt, or you return the item(s) without notifying us, you can only get partial refunds.
3. Shipping Costs:
For unwanted items, the return shipping costs should be borne by the buyer.

In order to make your return more convenient, we have different warehouses for receiving your package.

PS: Please do not send your package back to the address before communication. That is not an effective return address and will cause your package to be lost. And you are responsible for the loss due to the wrong address. So please contact the customer service and they will spare no effort to help.
